I've had Shawn do a number of jobs for me over years - the quality of work has been great (years later no problems) and price very reasonable. I was taken to the cleaners for an emergency job one time "corporate" plumbers - never again. Shawn is my plumber and I highly recommend him.

Best Experience

I called Allen plumbing for a broken garbage disposal and clogged bathroom sink. Shawn was able to get me in very quickly. As someone who doesn't know much about the garbage disposal it was a relief when Shawn said he does all the work including buying the garbage disposal. All I had to do was be home! He talked me through prices and the meaning behind them. He was friendly and helped me feel more knowledgeable about everything going on. We also learned my bathroom sink has been leaking and needs to be replaced in the future. Again Shawn said he can take care of the entire process for me! Allen plumbing will be go to for all future plumbing!! I am so grateful someone referred him to me!!

Shawn came right over when I called to see what the problem was. Today he returned to replumb the uptown bathroom and tie away the old iron pipes. He was so professional and so fair. I only wish I'd found him before this. Good work and good cleanup. He's got a job with us for as long as he's still working!

I was so impressed

We called Shawn Allen's plumbing this morning because we didn't have any hot water in our upstairs bathroom sinks. We explained what was going on and the man on the phone told us what we needed to do and what we needed to look for. We thought the pipes might be frozen which he thought too. We did what he said and the water is on now. I was so impressed that he was willing to help us first before he would need to come out. He made no money because he was helpful on the phone. He said to call if there were any problems. I will definitely use these guys as my plumber because they didn't tell me they would have to come and look and that there might be a solution to save us the trip. It is great to know I have a plumber I can trust.

Nicely done Shawn!

Nicely done A Tee on our main water line failed. Shawn came to the house to see what could be done to fix the problem. With his help it didn't take long to figure out our main water line was failing because the wrong materials were used originally. Someone had used pvc electrical conduit for our water line. Not good! Shawn checked in with us as we dug the trench for the new waterline and as we moved forward he prepared everything we would need. When we finished the trench he came over right away and two hours later we were up and running again. In total he made four trips to the house to check on us and give advice. His service was excellent and the price very reasonable. Nicely done Shawn!

I was pleased to get same day service...

My compliments to Allen Plumbing for great service provided promptly and professionally. When replacing a broken garbage disposal I selected a Snohomish local plumber. I was pleased to get same day service and I knew that the disposal unit carried on their truck was of good quality and fairly priced. At no additional charge, owner Shawn Allen also took care of couple minor annoyances namely replacing a missing sink plunger and adjusting a toilet that didn't always stop running when flushed. When upgrading the toilet in one of the baths, I again selected Allen Plumbing. I appreciated that Shawn took the time to listen and assist in picking a toilet with the desired features at a reasonable price. I knew that the old toilet had been kept from leaking by using two wax rings. Finding this unacceptable Shawn corrected the problem. It is clear that he knows his trade while working efficiently with a common sense approach. He is my family's first choice in plumbers.

I could not be happier!

I had a water service emergency and Shawn was right there! I had called other plumbing companies in the Snohomish area but they could not get the job done. Shawn came out trouble shot the problem and fixed it!!! I could not be happier! Just like his add says He will be the last plumber I ever call!!! Thanks so much Shawn, you did an excellent job!

GREAT JOB

GREAT JOB - we were having septic draining issues and I was looking for a plumber that was local and would give us "That personal service" that you don't get from the big outfits. Shawn came right out and on time. Within a very short time he found the problem, A Collapsed drain line. I thought "OH NO! but Shawn said he could dig it up and fix it in a day! (This was no easy job there was a big rock retaining wall in the way) Shawn took down the wall, fixed the problem (Installed new piping) and rebuilt the wall. It looks like no one was ever there. Shawn and his crew did a fantastic job! and he also fixed a leak under the house just because he was under there anyway. I will never call anyone else but Shawn Allen. he is reasonably priced and very professional. It was like I was having a good friend work on my house... He treated our home as if it were his own. Thanks Shawn...My drains work GREAT.
